Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern approach to healthcare that puts the relationship between you and your doctor first. Instead of billing insurance for every visit or service, DPC is based on a simple monthly membership model that covers nearly all of your primary care needs.

Comprehensive primary care visits — annual exams, chronic condition management, and sick visits
Same-day or next-day appointments for urgent needs
Direct communication with your physician by text, email, or phone
Extended visits with no rushed appointments
Low-cost labs and imaging when possible
Referral to our colleagues in specialty fields as needed
Preventive and wellness care that’s tailored to you
